Wanda Bailey

Wanda was born and raised in Florida and is a proud mother of three children and grandmother of three grandchildren. She enjoys riding motorcycles and side-by-sides, and values spending quality time with her family and friends. Prior to joining the Clerk’s Office, Wanda built a 19-year career in banking, developing a strong foundation in financial services.

She began her service with the Clerk’s Office in April 2022 and has contributed in multiple capacities, including Civil Traffic, Tax Deeds, and County Ordinances, as well as serving as a backup clerk for passports and marriage licenses and ceremonies. In June 2024, she transitioned to Circuit and County Court, and in June 2025 moved to the Finance Department, where she currently manages accounts receivable and accounts payable, in addition to processing purchase card entries for various departments. Wanda values her dedicated colleagues and takes great pride in serving the community through her work.
