Morgan Malloy

Morgan was born and raised in Madison, Florida, and has resided in Monticello since 2019 with her husband, Austin, their daughter, Preslee, and their German Shepherd, Atlas. Prior to joining the Clerk’s Office in May 2025, she spent approximately five years in the banking industry. Morgan enjoys spending time with her family, participating in bowling leagues and tournaments with her husband and friends, and reading as much as possible. She is an avid supporter of the Atlanta Braves and Florida State University football.

In her role at the Clerk’s Office, she is responsible for Circuit Civil Court, Marriages, Tax Deeds, Injunctions, and serves as a backup for Passports. Morgan is committed to serving the community and values both her work with her colleagues and the opportunity to live and work in the close-knit community of Monticello.
