Denise Bach

Denise grew up in a missionary’s home, traveling all over the Southeast United States. She moved to Monticello in 1999 after she married her husband, Steven Bach. At that time, she worked at the Jefferson County Tax Collector’s office.

After having her first child, she became a stay-at-home mom. Together, Steven and Denise have 4 children, 1 son-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law, and 2 amazing grandbabies. They moved away in 2004 and have recently come back to what they call “home.” She enjoys spending time with her family, decorating her home, cooking, and shopping.

Now that all her children are grown and out of school, she is back in the workforce. She is excited to be a part of the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office and looks forward to spending many years here.

Denise began working for the Clerk’s Office in September 2025, and she is responsible for Criminal Traffic. She enjoys getting to know the people of Jefferson County.
